Elizabeth Beddenfield Ricketts was in 1705 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She was the daughter of Anthony Beddenfield and Mary Jones. They inherited John's Cabin Ridge from her parents and lived there.

Mary Jones Trogden Beddenfield was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Jones. William Jones was a wealthy planter in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
